الدكتور جاي بن بتسلئيل هو مدير الخدمة في عيادة سرطان الجلد والميلانوما في شيبا، ويرأس أيضًا برنامج الخلايا الليمفاوية المتسللة للورم (TIL) في المركز الطبي.
بعد حصوله على درجة الدكتوراه في الطب من جامعة ديبريسين في هنغاريا، أكمل الدكتور بن بتسلئيل إقامته في علاج الأورام في مركز شيبا الطبي، ومنذ ذلك الحين كرّس حياته المهنية لأبحاث سرطان الجلد وعلاجه.
